Suicide is NOT the way!

I was really shock to read the news last Friday about an actor committed suicide. I am not writing this post because he's my favourite actor. The reasons I am writing this post because I am so sad and grief for his death and my heart was so burdened that day to share with you all something call HOPE! Suicide is absolutely NOT the way for solving problems... NOT even the last resort or last thing on your mind if there's no solution for your problems! Do you know, committing suicide is a SIN and CRIME!

Yea, you may think that I just talk only; of cause easy lah... But, I am a human too! I also encounter with problems too, everyday. But remember, every problems, there'll always be solution(s). Some problems can solve it really fast but some, it take a year, or maybe two, or maybe more... Are you patience enough to work for the solution(s) for a year or more? Planting a fruit tree and waiting for it's fruits is really hard... You need wait for the tree to grow, then wait for it's flowers to bloom, then only comes the fruits... Patience is bitter, BUT the fruits is sweet!

Jesus Christ is my HOPE in my life! Jesus always want me to turn to Him every time I encounter with problems. Sometimes, I am too worry about my problems until I stress out because I take all the problems with myself and try to figure out the solutions by myself... But this is NOT the way! Do you know, times I encounter with problems and I look to Him, He grant me peace; an unexplainable peace... It is very peaceful!

He always make me see that behind every problems, there is something that He wants me to learn because He is in the midst of shaping my life and character. And no matter how worse my problems are, He promised that He'll never leave me nor forsake me. All I need to do is cast all my cares and burdens to Him and have Faith and Trust in Him. And He will do the rest... Sometimes, it is not immediately but it is definitely will come to past...

Jesus can be your hope in life too... He will take care of your sickness, your problems, your burdens or your bondages... He loves you too - unconditionally! When, He died on the cross two thousands years ago, He already know you and He wants to die for your sins, sickness, problems and bondages on the cross. Why He wants to do so? It is simple, because He loves you! Hey, wait no more... Receive Him right now into your heart... He wants to have fellowship with you! Just follow these simple steps:-
A - Accept Him into your heart.
B - Believe that He died for your sins on the cross and He's son of God.
C - Confess your wrong doing and sins.
Here's the prayer:
"Lord Jesus, I want you to live in my heart now. I believe that You died for my sins and You're the son of God. I am sorry for my sins and all my wrong doing. Please forgive me! In Jesus name I prayed, Amen!"

Do you know, after you accepted Him, all your sins are forgiven and He'll take away all your guilts. And you're His children now! He will set you free from your bondages... Like a No String Attached Kite! Last but not least, He didn't promise you a smooth journey in your life or a problems free life, BUT He promised to walk with you every steps of your life unconditionally, all you need to do, just turn to Him! Have a blessed day ahead!

Why?! or What?!

Last Saturday, Children Church were teaching the second core value - Excellent!

I was ministered by the lessons...

First lesson that I learned, be excel in everything that I do. eg, I study hard is to do well in my exam and not just to pass in my exam...

Second lesson that I learned is that every problems that I face, I must learn to look to God and ask what God want me to learn and do from that problems... And NOT asking God, "Why this is happening to me?!"

I know this is very hard sometimes; but to God, nothing is impossible. By His strength and help, I am sure that you and I will look to God and ask Him what He wants us to learn from our problems! Remember, everything happens for a reason!

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose" - Romans 8:28

God bless =)

Malunya!!!

Last Tuesday, I was waiting for the public bus to go to Amcorp Mall to have lunch with my friend.

As usual, everytime when I am waiting for bus or LRT, I will plug-in my MP3 player... Waiting for a bus or LRT can be really boring if without the music playing in my ear...

Then, that day, no people at the bus stop and just me alone... But the road was busy with traffic jam. I was sitting at the bus stop and I was singing as I was waiting for the public bus... One of my friend, Troy, he drove and passed by me...

Then, he dropped me a text message,
"Hello jacky. Having fun at a busstop? =)"

I was so surprised... At the same time, a lil afraid like kena stalk by someone (just imagine like those in the movie) HAHAHAHa.... =D

I wondering whether he saw me singing or not but actually he did... Aiyah... MALUNYA!!! hehe =P

First Class At Bible College Malaysia (BCM)!

I started my first night class at Bible College Malaysia last Wednesday. I am taking NT (New Testaments) Survey. The Lecturer is Pr. Ng KK...

As I signed up this course, I was so worried bout my time-management, transportation and worried being alone in the class... But God really Good, all the time... Not just Good but 'Best of the Best'! Wondering why I said so? Because, everything run so smoothly according to His wonderful plan...

There's no crashing of schedule with my Radiography course. Then, He provided me transport and financial to study here at BCM... And He also provided my classmates so that I won't alone... hehe... My lovely classmates are Jamie, Ivy, Soh Kheng, Wen-I, Calvin, Maureen, Melissa, Irena and two more from DUMC also - Stanley and Eugene Lim (actually I don't know them very well, but I guess this is the opportunity)... Wow, God is so cool... Thank God!!!

First class... I was kinda lost... Hehe... We learned about wars and rulers... Still haven't go into New Testaments yet... The lecturer showed us a documentary about King Herod and I liked it a lot and I learned a lot about King Herod through the documentary.

After the class, we went to Ipoh Chicken Rice at Jalan Gasing to take our late dinner a.k.a. supper... We had a great time fellowshipping. =) Looking forward to our next class...

1st day of Children Church 2008

Today is the 1st day of Children Church for 2008. I was leading a Cell. Only 6 children turned up today and I had a blessed time with them.

They were so cute... I told them that I need someone to pray for the Cell next week and looking for volunteer, but they all quickly put down their hand... Hehe...

Then, I told them to prepare a prayer and write it down on a paper and bring it to Cell next week. So that, they can pray by reading the prayer that they write on the paper. Then, one of the children asked me, "Uncle Jacky, can we pray with our eyes open?". Then I told him no problem...

I also revised with them about the Children Church core values... D.E.P.T.H. (Discipline, Excellence, Purity, Teachable, Honor). Wow, they were really good in it...

They really ministered me today... I pray that I will learn to be more humble to learn from them.
